Start out flat. Do an outline of how you want to make your log
Start giving it volume by filling the log slowly
Repeat layer by layer until you finish one side
Remove any spots which dont look natural or are too steep for example.
Copy and flip log to get a round shape
Start removing symmetry
if you want to make the log higher, you can mirror in the Z axis you need to remove any overhang
To make leafs start by doing a basic shape
Use the Rand command and start removing every voxel until one color is left
repeat step to get an organic shape Dilate -> Rand -> Remove -> Repeat
add big balls on flat spots repeat the previous step again
If the wanted shape was achieved repeat the stop once more tho make sure not to remove TOO many voxels so there aren't a lot of see through parts and flying voxels
Color leafs and put them on the log

Tada add more details and youre done
